About the company

WADesk is a product of Wuhan Wapu Technology Co., Ltd., founded by a team that spun out from Singapore-based ZingDeck.

ZINGDECK INTL PTE. LTD was founded in 2015, focusing on digital marketing and building deep experience in social media, advertising, and customer management—serving more than 400,000 users worldwide. To better serve users in China, we launched the WADesk desktop product to fulfill our vision of helping Chinese businesses go global with technology.

Our story

In recent years, as traffic dividends faded, acquisition costs kept rising. After 2020, social marketing accelerated; many brands going abroad tried to adapt private-domain playbooks from China to overseas markets—and WhatsApp naturally became the home base for "private-domain" growth abroad.

We know how hard global expansion can be. Our team keeps investing in technology to give Chinese companies efficient, full-stack support so they can compete with confidence. WADesk CRM is a leading outbound marketing platform offering one-stop solutions: customer relationship management, multi-channel marketing, analytics, and reporting.
