To help you fully understand how WADesk service provider (or "we" or "WADesk") collects, uses, provides, stores and protects your personal information and what rights you can exercise in relation to your personal information during your use of WADesk products and services, we have developed the WADesk Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") so that you can make appropriate choices.
Before you use WADesk products or services, please be sure to read and thoroughly understand this Policy, focus on the information we have marked in bold or bold underlined, and use the relevant products or services after confirming that you fully understand and agree. Your consent to the Privacy Policy indicates that you have understood the necessary personal information required for the operation of the relevant functions and have given the corresponding collection and use authorization, but for the activation of relevant additional functions, the processing of non-essential personal information and the processing of sensitive personal information, we will separately seek your consent based on your actual use.
Scope of application of this policy:
This policy only applies to the WADesk service provider's WADesk website (https://wadesk.io/), WADesk client applications of various versions and WADesk software development kits (SDKs) and application programming interfaces (APIs) used by applications, as well as new forms of products and services that we provide to you as technology develops.
Except for the information collection and use activities described in this policy, this policy does not apply to other services provided to you by WADesk's third-party service providers. Other services are subject to the personal information collection and use rules that they explain to you separately.

1. What information do we collect?
1.1 Registration and login
You first need to register a product account to become a user of this product. When you register, you need to provide us with at least the account name you plan to use, the password you created, and the email address (for email verification). We will assist in verifying your identity by sending emails.
1.2 Required to provide services
During your use of WADesk services, in order to provide you with WADesk services, maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our services and protect your account security or based on the need to comply with laws and regulations, we will collect the following information:
1.2.1 Device information
Based on the specific permissions you grant during software installation and use, we will receive and record information related to the device you use, including device identifiers (IMEI, IMSI, MAC, ANDROID ID, etc.), application information (application crash information, notification switch status, software list, etc.), device parameters and system information (such as device model, operating system version, device settings, etc., hardware and software feature information), and device location information (such as IP address, GPS/Beidou location information, and Wi-Fi access points that can provide relevant information, and base station and other sensor information). We may obtain the above device information in the background to avoid affecting the front-end user experience.
1.2.2 Log information
In order to better provide you with product services, when you use the products or services we provide, we will automatically collect your detailed usage of our services and save them as relevant network logs. For example: collect your login status, service usage data, service operation data, log information in the use of services (including error messages, feedback and comments you posted, time information of your use of services), usage record information, shared information you provide to other parties through this product, your opinions and suggestions on our services, information you actively contact us to submit or feedback; used for product operation statistical analysis and product improvement plan.
Please note that separate device information, log information, etc. are information that cannot identify the identity of a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify the identity of a specific natural person, or use it in combination with personal information, such non-personal information may be regarded as personal information during the combined use period. Unless you have obtained your authorization or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify such personal information.
1.2.3 Customer Service and Dispute Resolution
When you contact us or apply for after-sales service or dispute resolution during sales, in order to protect the security of your account and system, we need you to provide necessary personal information to verify your user identity.
In order to facilitate contact with you, help you solve the problem as soon as possible, or record the solution and results of the relevant problem, we may use and save your communication/call records and related content with us (including account information, work order information, other information you provide to prove relevant facts, or contact information, feedback or suggestions you leave).
In order to improve the quality of service, we may also use the relevant information you provide when contacting customer service, as well as the questionnaire response information you send to us when participating in the questionnaire survey.
In order to provide you with more convenient and higher-quality products and services and strive to improve your experience, the additional services we provide to you may collect and use your personal information by enabling system permissions. If you do not agree to enable the relevant permissions, it will not affect your use of other WADesk services, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience brought to you by these additional services.
1.2.4 Information that does not require your prior authorization and consent
According to relevant laws, regulations and national standards, we will collect and use your relevant personal information without seeking your authorization and consent in the following circumstances:
Directly related to national interests such as national security and national defense security; Directly related to major public interests such as public security, public health, and public awareness;
Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments;
For the purpose of safeguarding your or other individuals’ major legitimate rights and interests such as life, property, and reputation, but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person concerned;
The collected personal information is disclosed to the public by you on your own;
Personal information is collected from legally disclosed information, such as legal news reports, government information disclosure and other channels;
Necessary to provide you with products and services or perform contracts according to your requirements;
Necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of the products or services provided, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;
Necessary for conducting legal news reports;
Necessary for conducting statistical or academic research for the public interest, and when the results of academic research or descriptions are provided to the outside, the personal information contained in the results is de-identified;
Other circumstances specified by laws and regulations.
1.2.5 Additional information collected due to service updates
Due to the nature of our services, please be aware and understand that our services will be continuously updated and improved, and various business functions will also be added and changed. If we need to collect additional specific information from you due to service updates and improvements, we will explain it to you separately according to the actual situation by revising this policy, obtaining your authorization, page prompts, and publishing announcements to obtain your consent.

3. External provision, disclosure and transfer of information
WADesk will collect personal information in various contexts to maintain the normal operation of our services, improve and optimize our services and ensure the security of your account or based on the need to comply with laws and regulations. Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, WADesk will not provide, disclose or transfer personal information collected through products or services (i.e. WhatsApp chat information, data you actively enter, customer information data, product services, and all other personal privacy data generated during the use of the client).
3.1 Sharing
We will not share your personal information with companies, organizations, and individuals other than WADesk, except in the following cases:
1) You have explicitly agreed: With your explicit consent, we may share your personal information with third parties.
2) Legal obligations: We may share your personal information in accordance with laws and regulations, litigation, dispute resolution needs, or administrative and judicial authorities. For example, judicial institutions may need to retrieve relevant data stored in WADesk based on the investigation and trial of cases related to you.
3) Sharing when necessary for the conclusion and performance of a contract to which you are a party: If you use WADesk's corporate office payment service, we will share the necessary transaction-related information in your order information with the counterparty and payment company according to your choice to complete the transaction.
4) Enterprise/Organization Control: Based on the necessity of the enterprise/organization user to enter into and perform the contract with you as a party, or the necessity of implementing human resources management through labor rules and regulations formulated in accordance with the law and collective contracts signed in accordance with the law, the enterprise/organization user is the processor of your personal information. We will share relevant information with the enterprise/organization user according to the instructions of the enterprise/organization user.
Please note that the information you voluntarily share when using our services may involve your or others' personal information or even sensitive personal information. Please consider and make a decision more carefully.
3.2 Transfer
If we need to transfer personal information due to merger, division, dissolution, or bankruptcy, we will inform you of the name or name and contact information of the recipient. The recipient will continue to perform this policy and other legal obligations. If the recipient changes the original processing purpose and processing method, it will obtain your consent again.

4. Storage and Protection of Information
4.1 Security Protection
4.1.1 Technical Protection Measures
To ensure the security of your information, we have taken reasonable and feasible security protection measures that meet industry standards to protect your information and prevent personal information from being accessed, disclosed, used, modified, damaged or lost without authorization. For example, when exchanging data between your WADesk client APP and the server, it is encrypted and protected by the SSL protocol; we also provide HTTPS protocol secure browsing for the WADesk official website; we will use encryption technology to improve the security of personal information; we will use trusted protection mechanisms to prevent personal information from being maliciously attacked; we will deploy access control mechanisms to ensure that only authorized personnel can access personal information.
4.1.2 Response to Personal Information Security Incidents
If our physical, technical or management protection facilities are damaged, resulting in unauthorized access, public disclosure, tampering or destruction of information, resulting in damage to your legitimate rights and interests, we will promptly initiate emergency plans and take reasonable and necessary measures to minimize the impact on you. If a personal information security incident occurs, we will also inform you of the basic situation and possible impact of the security incident, the disposal measures we have taken or will take, your suggestions for self-prevention and risk reduction, and your remedial measures in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations. 4.2 Information Storage
4.2.1 Storage Location
The personal information we collect and generate during our operations within the territory of the People's Republic of China will be stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China. In the following circumstances, we will provide your personal information to possible overseas entities after fulfilling the obligations prescribed by law:
1) The applicable law has clear provisions;
2) Obtain your separate consent;
3) Necessary for the conclusion and performance of cross-border e-commerce transactions and other types of contracts to which you are a party.

3) Whether you or the enterprise/organization user to which you belong agrees to a longer retention period;
4) Whether there are other special agreements on the retention period
After the retention period has expired, we will delete your personal information or anonymize it in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws.
5. Your Rights
You can manage your information in the following ways, and we will respond to your request in compliance with the requirements of laws and regulations:
5.1 Inquiry
You can contact us in accordance with the contact information agreed in Article 8 (generally, we will respond to your request within 15 working days) to inquire about your personal information.
5.2 Deletion
You can contact us in accordance with the contact information agreed in Article 8 in accordance with the provisions of laws and regulations when the following circumstances occur and request us to delete your personal information (generally, we will respond to your request within 15 working days).
(1) If our handling of personal information violates laws and regulations;
(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent;
(3) If our handling of personal information violates the agreement with you;
(4) If you no longer use our products or services, or you cancel your account;
(5) If we no longer provide you with products or services.
If we decide to respond to your request for deletion, we will also promptly notify the entities that obtained your personal information from us and request them to delete it in a timely manner, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations, or these entities obtain your independent authorization.
When you delete information from our services, we will not immediately delete the corresponding information from the backup system, but will delete the information when the backup is updated.
5.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your registered account at any time by contacting us in accordance with the contact information agreed in Article 8, but once you cancel your account, you will not be able to use the corresponding product services of the account and your information and account-related data will be deleted or anonymized after the account is cancelled, so please proceed with caution. If you cannot cancel your account in the above manner, you can contact us in accordance with the contact information agreed in Article 9 and request us to cancel your account (generally, we will respond to your request within 15 working days).
5.4 Withdrawal of authorization
You can contact us in accordance with the contact information agreed in Article 8 (generally, we will respond to your request within 15 working days) or apply to withdraw your authorization in accordance with laws and regulations. If you withdraw the authorization you have made, it will not affect the processing of personal information that has been carried out before your withdrawal. After your withdrawal, we will no longer be able to provide you with the corresponding service content.
5.5 Reminder for exercising rights
To protect the security of your account, we will require you to verify your identity when you make the above-mentioned decisions such as deletion, cancellation, and withdrawal of authorization. In principle, we do not charge fees for your reasonable requests, but for repeated requests that exceed reasonable limits, we will charge a certain cost fee depending on the actual situation. We will reject those requests that are repeated without reason, require too many technical means, bring risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are very unrealistic.
5.6 Exceptions
We will not be able to respond to your correction, deletion, cancellation, withdrawal of authorization, etc. in the following circumstances:
(1) Directly related to national security and national defense security;
(2) Directly related to public security, public health, and major public interests;
(3) Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
(4) We have sufficient evidence to show that you have subjective malice or abuse of rights (such as your request will endanger public security and the legitimate rights and interests of others, or your request exceeds the scope that can be covered by general technical means and commercial costs);
(5) Responding to the request of the subject of personal information will cause serious damage to the legitimate rights and interests of you or other individuals or organizations;
(6) Involving commercial secrets.
6. Protection of Minors
In digital office, communication and collaborative activities, we presume that you have the corresponding civil capacity. If you are a minor, please stop using it, and we ask you to ask your parents or other guardians to read this policy carefully.
7. Updates to this Policy
In order to bring you a better product and service experience, we continue to work hard to improve our products, services and technologies. When new services and business processes change, we may update our privacy policy to inform you of specific changes. We will not restrict your rights under this privacy policy without your explicit consent. For major changes, we will provide you with prominent notifications on the official homepage (https://wadesk.io/) or system site notifications (including notifications through small red dots or pop-up prompts).
Major changes referred to in this policy include but are not limited to:
